CONTROLS: 

Use the number keys across the keyboard to select a system to hack and use enter / return to select that system. 

Once in the system you will be present with a scrambled password, unscramble the password, type it in and press enter / return, if correctly spelt you will be granted access to the system. However, if you spelt the word wrong you will have to try again against a new scrambled password.  Be sure to check your spellings, words are case sensitive.

Design process: 

This game ‘Data Hacker’ is currently in development and is subject to change, the current build (live as of 09/03/2020, for use with browser) is a proof of concept that shows how the core game-play loop, of working out scrambled words into proper words and entering them. Following up from this concept I will be adding in a proper difficulty curve, which not only factors in the word length but the letters used withing those words.  For example words that contain ‘Q’ or ‘X’ would be in a higher difficulty category than say ‘E’ or ‘T’.
